The prosecution in the state’s manslaughter case against Dylan Reed Richards used the testimony of seven witnesses Wednesday to paint a picture of the hours leading up to the fatal 2012 crash that killed a local police officer.
Richards pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to the charge of intoxication manslaughter resulting in the death of the peace officer. The charges stem from an incident in which he is suspected of causing the death of 28-year old Waxahachie Police Department Officer Joshua Stanley Williams.
