Ennis ISD will begin a new anti-bullying initiative, Rachel’s Challenge when students return to class Tuesday.
Rachel’s Challenge is a nationwide anti-bulling program based on the writings of Rachel Scott, the first student killed in the infamous Columbine High School shooting in 1999.
