Rosie Steinman was a vital part of the National Polka Festival for years, escorting visitors, teaching polka dancing, singing on stage with Brave Combo and snapping photos with her own camera.

For the first time in years, Rosie’s camera is now silent.

Steinman, 88, died on Dec. 12 after suffering a heart attack on Dec. 2.
