Report expected next week in fatal crash

After Monday’s fatal wreck on S. Kaufman Street, Ennis police investigators returned to the scene Wednesday to gather data to reconstruct the crash.

The police have yet to settle on whether they will charge Wilfredo Ventura-Quintanill, the driver of the of the 18-wheeler that crashed into 58-year-old Teddy Rowe’s Ford Ranger, killing the Frost resident.
