Voters in Ellis County will hit the polls today to decide a number of runoff races, including the races for Constable, Precinct 1 and Commissioner, Precinct 3.
Ben Fry, incumbent Precinct 1 Constable, said his campaign committee has gone “above and beyond” for this election.
