Sales tax revenue jumps

After the last payment of 2012 put the city up 4 percent in total sales tax revenue, Ennis jumped by nearly 30 percent for the first allocation of 2013.
The city tallied $345,206 for the month of December, up from $266,188 in December 2011. That is an increase of 29.68 percent.
