Sex assault trial reset in August

The trial for a Desoto woman accused of sexual assault in Ennis has been moved to Aug. 13.
Lavail Miller, 41, rejected a plea agreement in June on her way to a July 23 jury trial, but court records show a continuance moved the trial date.
