Chili’s is closed down while ownership faces the daunting task of repairing the roof after the restaurant sign collapsed on top of the building this morning.
City Fire Marshal and Chief Inspector Buddy Markham said the restaurant’s closure will be prolonged by the need for extensive internal repairs, a new roof and multiple inspections by the city and state health department.
