A veritable piece of history steamed into Ennis on Thursday morning, to the delight of the assembled crowds at the old train station.
The Union Pacific No. 844 steam engine, America’s only steam engine never to be retired, stopped by the Ennis Railroad and Cultural Heritage Museum as part of UP’s 150th year celebration.
