Perry Lee Ray Ford, accused of robbing gas stations at gunpoint up and down I-45 over a span of several days in April and May 2012, stands trial in Ellis County this month.
Ford, a 48-year-old from Red Oak, was jailed May 5 after he allegedly robbed gas stations in Ennis, Teague, Fairfield and Corsicana in a string of stickups that began in Ennis on April 30.
