Super’s book aids relief fund

The superintendent of the Avalon Independent School District’s children’s book Going Home — The Story of Riley-Dirk is on sale, and the proceeds are going back into the district.

The children’s soft-cover book has been David Del Bosque’s special project, he said, and its 32-page story offers a readability that is aimed at being most accessible to students in the third and fourth grades.
