Support floods in for blinded dog

Dog lovers from as far away as Finland have expressed their concern for Bear, the Garrett Shih Tzu left blinded after a suspected act of cruelty at the end of January.

Dr. Mack Boyd of Ennis Veterinary Clinic said donors have given over $1,000 to help pay for Bear’s medical costs stemming from the Jan. 30 attack that left the dog blinded. Authorities have no substantial leads in the case.
