Survey says: Call center investigates community

The city is getting the word out about a telemarketing company that is looking at Ennis for a possible location here.
Often, city officials are bound to keep discussions with prospective commercial enterprises confidential. The unnamed company in question has taken the step of opening a web survey to the community as part of their process of analyzing the Ennis market, said City Manager Steve Howerton.
