Suspect jailed in killing

Less than 72 hours after investigators identified the woman found dead near Midlothian on July 23, police arrested a man accused of her killing.
Lt. James Saulter of the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office released a statement Monday morning revealing investigators arrested Desoto resident Thaddeus Terrence Quinn, 38.
