Thundering Thursdays rolling

One week from today, the Texas Motorplex is kicking off an event that could be the talk of Ellis County racing fans in the months to come.
On May 12, the track will host the first of its nine Thundering Thursday events this summer. The event centers around street-legal racing and a high school championship racing series, but it will also have special food deals, games, a car show, live music and even fireworks at some of the events. To get momentum rolling for Thundering Thursdays, all Ellis County residents will be admitted free to the series debut on May 12.
