Trustee backs bank officer for board seat

Ennis ISD School Board trustee Larry Treadaway confirmed Wednesday he would not seek re-election for Place 6 in the May 11 election.
Treadaway said after 17 years of serving on the board, he would not run if another qualified candidate stepped up. He said he believes Julie Cannaday Pierce to be that candidate.
