U.S. Polyco wins playoff opener with balance
US Polyco outlasted Price Distributing in playoff action.

As it began the junior boys’ league city playoffs on Monday, U.S. Polyco did a nice job in all three phases of the game to best Price Distributing 7-2.
USP ended up scoring the winning run during a four-run second inning, as it finished with more hits (9-6) and fewer errors (2-4). As the higher seeded team, it was exactly what coach Doug Turner was looking for to start the playoffs.
