Jorge Reyes (06-15-2010)
Jorge Reyes, 59, passed away in Dallas on June 13, 2010. He was born in Valle Hermoso, Mexico on April 3, 1951 to Tomas and Maria (Sanchez) Reyes. He marriedJuana Lopez on March 20, 1976 in Brownsville, Texas.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Juana; four daughters, Karina Reyes and her husband Vicente Vasquez, Luz Flores and her husband Manuel, Cecilia Reyes and her husband Jefferey Gutierrez, and Juanita Reyes, all of Ennis; two sons, Jorge Luis Reyes, Jr. and his wife Jessica Gutierrez, and Martin Reyes, all of Ennis; four brothers,Tomas, Jose, Raul, and Eugene; three sisters, Carmen, Silvia, and Esmeralda; fourteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Ennis.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at St. John Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Ennis.
