Juan Suarez Jr. (06-30-2010)
Juan Suarez, Jr., 63, passed away at Ennis Regional Medical Center on Monday, June 28, 2010.Juan was born to Juan Suarez, Sr. and Angelita (Trevino) Ramirez on May 19, 1947 in Laredo, Texas. He grew up in Laredo and attended school there. He served his country proudly in the United States Army for two years in Korea.
He was employed by Cary Products for more than thirty years as a shipping supervisor. He was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church.
He is survived by four sons: Juan Suarez, Javier Suarez, Joel Suarez and Adam Cortez; one daughter, Rosanna Baw; ten brothers: Greg Suarez, Edward Suarez, Joe Suarez, Manuel Ramirez, Juan Pablo Suarez Hernandez, Luis Suarez Hernandez, Raul Suarez Hernandez, Manuel Suarez Hernandez, Santos Suarez Hernandez, and Israel Suarez Hernandez; seven sisters: Irma Suarez Campos, Veronica Manzano, Sylvia Trevino, Mary Palacios, Juana Suarez Hernandez, Maria Luisa Suarez Hernandez, Esmeralda Suarez Hernandez; five grandchildren and fifty-one nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and mother.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 6 until 8 p.m. at J.E. Keever Mortuary. Services will be on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel with Rev. George Solis officiating. Interment will follow at Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
