Alice “Ann” Tubbs
Alice “Ann” Tubbs, 89, formerly of Richardson, Texas, passed away on February 20, 2013. She was born in Ennis, Texas, to Cicero and Myrtle King. She was a seventh generation Texan, with an ancestor (Jonathan Lindley) who fought in the Alamo. Most important, she was a wonderful wife, mother and nurse. Mrs. Tubbs was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William “Bill” Tubbs; and son, William “Mike” Tubbs. She is survived by her son, John Tubbs and daughter-in-law, Tex, of Point Venture, Texas. Private family services are planned for a later date. Arrangements by Beck Funeral Home, 1700 E.
