Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Baker Coile


1914273Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Baker Coile, age 75, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Saturday, January 19, 2013. Mary was born in Longview, Texas on October 30, 1937 to Lester Ellis and Helen (Noblit) Baker. She graduated from Oil City High School, Oil City, LA in 1955 and from Harding College in 1959 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. On June 12, 1959, she married Charles Preston Coile in Vivian, LA. In 1969, Mary and Charles settled in Ennis. She worked for Leggett and Platt,and A. Gunthard Company before joining Yeldell, Wilson and Company, where she worked as an accountant and CPA for more than 35 years. Mary was a faithful member of the Church of Christ on Country Club Road in Ennis and devoted her life to serving God and her family She is survived by her husband, Charles Coile of Ennis; sons: Gregory Coile and his wife, Rosie of Ennis and James Coile and his wife, Riza of McKinney and daughter, Sandra and her husband, Rick Moritz of Ennis; grandchildren: Bradley Kadlubar, Gregory Coile Jonathon Kadlubar and his wife, Ashley, Veronica and partner Dallas Hartmann, Kimberly Kadlubar and partner Jesse Jennings, Cody Coile, Katie Kadlubar, Andrew Coile, Lauren Moritz and Cameron Moritz; great-granddaughter: Sawyer Jennings; brother, Lester Ellis Baker and his wife, Melinda of Ida, LA and sister Patricia Kee of Russellville, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation was held on Monday, January 21, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis. A Celebration of her life took place on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ on County Club Road. Internment followed in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E.
