Melissa Bigham Denbow
Melissa Bigham Denbow, 56, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2012 in Tyler, Texas. Melissa was born in Corsicana, Texas on February 27, 1956 to Hughy Winifred and Macalee (Hefner) Bigham. She grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1974. She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for twenty-five years before retiring as an operator. She was known for her bright smile and bubbling laughter. She is survived by daughters: Amanda and her husband, Scott Davis of Plano and Lauren Stilwell of Arlington; four grandchildren: Mason, Kathryn, Morgan and Will; brother Lloyd S. Bigham of Ennis; and the father of her children: Brian “Dennis” Denbow. She is also survived by lifelong friend, Kevin Graves, sister-in-law, Janie Bigham, and nieces and nephews: Pat Bigham, Randy Bigham, Tim Bigham, Melinda Bigham, Shannon Dutton and Melody Bigham. She is preceded in death by her parents, H.W. Bigham, Sr. and Macalee Bigham, brother, H.W. Bigham, Jr. and sister Linda Bigham. Memorial Services were held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.
