Melissa Renee Jenkins, age 44, passed away in Rice, Texas on December 17, 2012. She was born in Tampa, Florida on April 5, 1968 to David Leroy and Hallie Jane (Simpson) Jenkins. She is survived by her mother, Hallie Walker of Live Oak, Florida; sister, Victoria Ann Bennett of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; fiancé, Tim Taylor of Rice, Texas; 2 daughters, Sabrina Jane Jenkins and Linda Faye Tepe, both of Avalon, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Jayden Blake Burnett, Dakota Renee Dixon, Kaiden Lee Tepe, Abby Nicole Pittman, and Emmery Nicole Burnett, all of Avalon, Texas; niece, Crystal Ann Hardin of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; and nephew, Gerald Todd Bennett, Jr., of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma.
