Ninfa Carrillo
Ninfa Carrillo, 69, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Friday, January 25, 2013. Ninfa was born on April 29, 1943 to Louis and Antonia (Cabello) Guerrero. She grew up in Sinton and attended school there. On November 21, 1964 she married Abelino “Abel” Carrillo and they made their home in Ennis. She worked for twenty-five years with the original Citizens National Bank as the Teller Supervisor. She was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis. She enjoyed collecting dishes but the biggest joy of her life was spending time and enjoying her large family. She is survived by her son, Andrew Carrillo; daughters: Patricia Carrillo and her husband, Jerry Bonner and Tracie Franco; twelve grandchildren: Robert Eric Partida, Elizabeth Paige Partida, Nicholas Cole Partida, Matthew Bonner, Joshua Bonner, Alexis Bonner, Alyssa Marie Dominguez, Abelina Andrew Carrillo, Andrew Abelino Carrillo, Michael Andrew Carrillo, Brian Andrew Carrillo and Brianna Franco; four great-grandchildren: Lauren Elizabeth Partida, Kash Tatum Patrida, Isaac Dominguez, Jr. and Nyla Dominguez; two brothers: Phil Guerrero and his wife, Mary and Abel Guerrero; seven sisters: Lupe and her husband, Richard Santos, Tina Castillo, Olga and her husband, Johnny Maldonado, Melinda Maldonado, Elva and her husband, Rodney Feltus, Minga and her husband, Henry Zuniga and Oralia and her husband, Enernacion Hernandez along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Abelino Carrillo, three brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary in Ennis with Rosary at 7 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary. Mass of the Christian burial will take place on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 10 a.m. in St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Father John Dick as celebrant.
