Robert L. Mosley
Robert L. Mosley, 74, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2013 in Ennis, Texas with his family by his side. Robert was born on June 15, 1938 to Harold Louis and Wanda (Coulter) Mosley in West Frankford, IL. He grew up in Benton, IL and joined the United States Army where he served his country proudly in Germany and Vietnam. In December 1965, he was critically injured when his unit in Vietnam was under attack. He spend several months in the VA Hospital in Chicago, IL. He retired from the Army in 1967. On November 22, 1966 he married Martha Lee Naccarato and they made their home in Chicago. They moved to Ennis in 1979. Robert worked for Lunday Truck Rental until the business closed in 1990. He then opened The Little Tin Barn Restaurant. He is survived by his wife, Martha Mosley; son, Harold Mosley; daughter, Gina and her husband Roy Ullom, his pride and joy grandson, Jarod Mosley; sister, Judy Followell and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ernest Mosley and Bill Mosley and one son, Larry Naccarato. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until service time on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis. A Celebration of his life will take place on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Rev. Johnny Mansell and Rev. Steve Mosley officiating.
