Tim Parsons

Tim Parsons passed away in Lewisville, Texas on Saturday, January 19, 2013. Tim was born in Mineral Wells, Texas on August 20, 1954 to Henry Sherman and Violet Elizabeth (Alcorn) Parsons. He grew up in Irving, Texas and graduated from MacArthur High School. He served his country proudly in the United States Army and settled in Ellis County. He worked for over twenty years as a vice-president for Best Way Transportation. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing and watching old movies. When he could he liked to go out on the lake boating. He is survived by brother, Sherman Parsons; sisters: Tommie Lovelace and Susan Erwin along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 1:30 p.m. until service time at J.E. Keever Mortuary of Palmer. A Celebration of his life will be on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Palmer with Bruce Zimmerman officiating. Interment will follow in Palmer Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
