Wallace “Buddy” Arnold Jr.
Wallace “Buddy” Arnold, Jr., 50, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 21, 2013 in Ennis, Texas. Buddy was born in Ennis, Texas on July 17, 1962 to Wallace Allen and Jaynie (Duckett) Arnold, Sr. He grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1981, where he met the love of his life Loretta Ashley. Buddy and Loretta married on June 4, 1983 and they made their home in Ennis. He worked for LGS Technologies for twenty-seven years as a production manager. He was a member of the Anthony Drive Baptist Church. Buddy loved to hunt, fish and go camping. He enjoyed listening to music and loved the Dallas Cowboys. He was a devoted father who actively participated in Boy Scouts, football, softball and numerous other activities with his family. He is survived by his wife of twenty-nine years, Loretta Arnold; children: Jared Arnold and Jesica Arnold of Ennis; one sister, Monica Pelzel and her family of Palmer along with numerous other family members and great friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Jaynie Arnold, Sr. Visitation will be on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis. A Celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Rev. Eddie Ricks officiating. www.jekeevermortuary.com
