Allen Samuels Autoplex played its final game of the season Tuesday night at the TTAB freshman state tournament in Ennis, but the local boys showed plenty of heart in defeat.
ASA rallied from a 9-3 deficit to take a lead on the Bullard Texans, but Bullard was able to pile up runs late for a 21-11 victory. Bullard finished with more hits (15-7) and fewer errors (7-11).
