U.S. Polyco earns elusive TTAB state victory

While the season did come to an end for U.S. Polyco early Wednesday morning at the TTAB junior state tourney in Athens, coach Doug Turner’s crew managed to step up on Tuesday afternoon in a big way.
Down 10-1 against the Rusk Giants, USP came all the way back to win 11-10. In doing so, USP became the only city ELL team in 2011 to win a state game.
