Santa making appearance at tonight’s Parade of Lights

The Ennis Christmas Parade of Lights is set at 7 p.m. tonight. The parade will start on N. Clay Street and turn left on Ennis Avenue through downtown Ennis before ending on NW. Main Street.

City eyes big road plan

With work on the 2012-2013 street bond program progressing at a considerable clip, city officials touched on the idea of a more expansive project for street repairs for the next installment of infrastructure upgrades in Ennis.

Students boost food pantry
