CORSICANA — A Rice-area mother fatally shot her husband and three sons in their home before killing herself with a shot to the head, the Navarro County sheriff said Tuesday.

Sheriff: Wife killed husband, 3 sons, self

CORSICANA — A Rice-area mother fatally shot her husband and three sons in their home before killing herself with a shot to the head, the Navarro County sheriff said today.

Navarro County Sheriff Elmer Tanner said he and his detectives currently consider the two adults and three children found dead in a rural Rice home Sunday night to be victims of a murder-suicide.
