Christmas morning altercation ends in arrest

Judge Curtis L. Polk is seeking re-election for the office of Justice of the Peace in Precinct 3 of Ellis County as a Democratic candidate. His name will be on the ballot in the Democratic Party Primary on March 4, 2014.
