Little Habana starts with pastries, cakes Highlighting businesses that keep downtown Ennis strong

Energetic chef Luis Morales has been baking for over 20 years, even teaching others how to bake and decorate cakes all over the nation. He makes anything from kolaches to wedding cakes and other delicacies in between. A graduate of Ennis High School and a longtime resident, Morales enjoys meeting area residents and serving them his pastries, pies, tortillas, even tamales and menudo. A quick visit to the bakery, located at 212 W. Brown St. in downtown Ennis and you are made to feel welcome. The staff at Little Habana makes apparent their desire to meet your needs for baked goods.
