Zeda Flores was born on September 1, 1973 to Dorothy and Benny Wigington in Pasadena, Texas. She departed on April 20, 2022. Zeda was married to Reuben Flores for 14 years. She had three children from a previous marriage; Rueben had two. Combined, they lovingly brought up five children together. The couple enjoyed 14 grandchildren. Zeda was a strong and stubborn woman who cared for her loved ones deeply. Often she was the first person anyone would call when they needed an open ear and a caring heart. She was also funny, fiery, and fearless. Though she was a wild child, she made friends easily.
Marvin Lloyd Adams, 83, passed away on Tuesday April 12, 2022 at his home in Ennis, Texas. Marvin was born in Mexia, Texas on January 15, 1939 to Mary Florence and Loyd Chelsie Adams. He grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1957. He played football and ran track in high school, earning a varsity letter in track as a Freshman due to his incredible speed. Upon graduation from high school, he had multiple scholarship offers and chose East Texas State University where he set multiple state records in track. At East Texas, he also became a proud member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.
Margaret “Margie” Valek Bohuslav passed away Friday, February 4, 2022, at the age of 97. Margie was born in Telico, Texas, and lived in Ennis all her life. She was most proud of her Czech heritage and her Catholic faith, and was a lifelong member of St. John Catholic Church.
Warren Lynn Eves, 80, passed away into the arms of his friend, Jesus, on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in Waxahachie, Texas. Lynn was born in Ennis, Texas, February 26, 1942, to Robert Bruce Eves and Ruby Wilson Eves.
On April 4, 2022, Mary Deane Jackson went to live with Jesus in Heaven. Mary Deane was called “Deanie” by family, friends, and her five grandchildren who she absolutely adored.
