Service in Mongolia spurs volunteer on

The blood of Genghis Khan may not be pumping through the veins of Cassandra Casillas, but as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia, she’s assimilating into the culture in her own way.
Casillas, a 2000 graduate of Ennis High School, traveled to Mongolia in June 2009 to begin her Peace Corps service as a business volunteer.

Taking a vacation from her service, Casillas visited the Ennis Rotary Club on Tuesday to share about what she’s experienced so far in Mongolia.
