Hunter’s U-Store advances to city championship

With aspirations to make a big splash this postseason, Hunter’s U-Store flashed some of its considerable potential on Wednesday night.
The orange team pounded out 11 hits and played nearly flawless defense in an impressive 18-0 victory over Auctioneers. HUS finished with more hits (11-0) and fewer errors (1-5) as it swept the best-of-three series and clinched a spot in next week’s junior boys’ league championship. The victory also cemented a berth in the state tournament for HUS, which has yet to lose a game this season at 13-0-1.
