Are non-customers always right?

Are non-customers always right?

What people want, they want.

For instance, earlier this week, we received a telephone call from a nice lady who wanted us to give her the

Black Friday ads that were published in the Ennis Daily News. That would have been fine – if it hadn’t been

Tuesday. The ads had not yet been published. She really wasn’t interested in the fact that we cannot distribute

those flyers before a certain time. She wanted to start immediately on her shopping plans, and wasn’t interested

in the restrictions. We certainly are in the mood to keep customers happy, but in this case, there just wasn’t

anything we could do.

I’ve run into these types of predicaments in the past.
