Ennis wants downtown to thrive

In the interests of getting as much information out there as possible, waiting around for Monday’s executive session on the discussion of economic development incentives for downtown seemed like the wise course.

The “no action taken” pronouncement following said closed-door discussion is technically true and all that is required of the commissioners in that situation, but it’s obviously not enough for the curious public.
