Fest success built on effort

Changes to this year’s Bluebonnet Festival in downtown were wonderful.

That’s the honest truth. There’s no coloring of perception in my judgment here because of my position at the head of this community newspaper’s editorial department, really. Relocating parts of the festival that hung out on the south side of NW. Main Street back with the rest of the fun and using Knox Street more made this event in downtown that easier to patronize this year.
