Hypocrisy is not a city in Greece

Will Rogers once said, “if you get to thinking you’re a person of influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.” It rings true today when we consider the difference between who we listen to and to whom do we submit? I always adhere to the orders given by the police. And my parents. People whom we elect to lead are given large amounts of authority to govern us, similar to teachers, coaches, ministers and doctors. However, I draw the line when it comes to those in the entertainment industry. The hypocrisy coming out of Tinsel Town is as obvious as a Baby Ruth bar floating in a swimming pool. Hollywood’s elite, who live in a make-believe world, have taken to their platform and assume they can preach to everyone about virtue, reality, morals and values. They know little about such character, or else they might produce it on the big screen. Instead, they make millions doing the opposite.
