The benefits of being a sports fan

There are few sports played by girls, young ladies or women that draw much in the way of crowds. There are many reasons and they’re valid to a degree, though the benefits of getting out of the house to watch a game are actually quite wholesome. Encouraging teenagers to go can bring these kind of excuses to students: “I have too much homework.” Or, “I don’t know anyone on the team.” Or, “Why should I go? What’s the point?” A critical truth is that students are busier these days and tend to be much more careful about where and how they spend their time. Nationwide, the Wall Street Journal says there is nearly a 10 percent drop in attendance to high school sporting events since 2009.
