Tummons, Farmer to wed

Jo Ann Tummons of Missouri and Chance Garret Farmer of Bardwell, Texas, recently announced their engagement..

Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Tummons of Gallatin, Mo., are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching wedding of their daughter, Jo Ann Tummons, to Chance Garret Farmer, son of Gary and Sharan Farmer, of Bardwell, Texas.

Jo Ann graduated from Kansas State University and is a veterinary technician with Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in Wimberley, Texas. Dr. Chance Farmer graduated from Kansas State University with a doctorate in ruminant nutrition and is a cattle nutrition consultant for Land O’Lakes Purina Feed. The wedding is planned for 5 p.m. May 7 at the Bardwell Church of Christ. The reception will follow at the Farmer residence in Bardwell.
