AgriLife Extension offers course for being healthier

We have rung in the new year, and now begin to actually think about our resolutions. One of the top resolutions in the United States is to “get healthy.” Do we actually know what “get healthy” means? The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is offering a complete nutrition course, to begin on Jan. 8. The course, “Step Up, Scale Down,” seems to focus on weight, but it offers much more.
