Randy Bigham – All In Good Taste – Easy, low-carb snacks


From time to time I have shared some low-carb meal ideas here but friends lately asked why I haven’t included more since this way of eating has been so successful for me. I guess I feel it’s not something most people care for. But every now and again, I will provide some low-carb choices that I hope will benefit readers. It’s really an easy way to diet, if you can call it that, because it surely doesn’t seem like a diet to me. It’s just a new way of eating that’s healthy and the results prove it. Since last August, when I started eating low-carb, I have lost over 40 lbs. I have eaten pretty much what I wanted and not felt I was missing out on much. Of course, I don’t eat much bread or sweets but it’s amazing how little you miss them after only a short while. Not only have I lost weight but my blood pressure has dropped significantly. It was once a serious issue, but now? Not so much. What I’m sharing here are ideas for low-carb snacks. People often ask if I get hungry between meals. I can’t say I do very often, but when I do there are so many delicious things to eat that won’t involve fat-causing carbs.
