Ferris farmer explains the issues

Getting the United States Congress to pass the 2018 farm bill, a multi-billion-dollar deal affecting agricultural subsidies, welfare payments and environmental issues, should get approval according to one local farmer. The primary agricultural and food policy of the federal government, which was last passed in 2014, funds programs through 2018.
