9/11 moved Ennis firefighter to serve

Victor Campa was in the third grade at Toler Elementary School in Rowlett the morning two airplanes hit the twin towers in New York City on September 11, 2001. It wasn’t until he got home from school until he realized the scope of the attack on US soil. “Luckily we didn’t have any family in the area, but it’s still heartbreaking to watch and learn at that age,” Camapa.
