AG: Ellis must turn over records

The Attorney General of Texas issued a statement on Sept. 28 overruling Ellis County, saying they must release to the public certain records pertaining to its dealings with a professional services company.

The Ennis Daily News requested copies of any and all bills, invoices and records regarding Ellis County’s relationship with Information Capital Enterprises (ICE) on July 9, per the authority of the Texas Public Information Act.
