Sheriff’s Office tracks down stolen weapons

The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office recovered stolen weapons and made arrests in connection with recent burglaries in the Ennis area.
The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, working in cooperation with the Ennis Police Department, recovered various firearms Thursday.
Lt. Jason Westmoreland said deputies and Ennis police officers executed a search warrant at an apartment complex located in the 2100 block of FM 85.
