Superintendent wants to add the extra degree to Ennis ISD

Ennis ISD Superintendent Barbara Qualls wants to take the school district up to 212 degrees, and she spoke to the Ennis Rotary Club Tuesday about how Rotarians can help EISD get there.
At 211 degrees, water is just very hot, but with one extra degree, it turns into steam, Qualls said. Steam is an energy force that has the power to move things. Qualls said she wants EISD teachers and staff to apply this concept to their jobs — and take a great school district to the next level.
Qualls said Rotarians and other members of the public can help EISD by holding the school district accountable for its goals.
