Palmer expects physical challenge from Kemp

On Friday night, the Palmer Bulldogs (0-2) travel to Kemp to face the Yellowjackets (1-2). Coach Ryan Roecker expects Kemp to bring the beef.
“Offensively, they are big up front,” said Roecker.

“Their guards are a little bit smaller, but that enables them to get outside and block on the sweeps.”

According to Roecker, Kemp’s running back is probably one of the best the Bulldogs have seen this year. Even though the Yellowjackets can be powerful in the running game, the coach looks for them to spread the field and try to throw the ball occasionally.
